Nancy Chacon has over 7 years of clinical experience providing individual and group psychotherapy. Ms. Chacon has worked with a variety of age groups from diverse cultural backgrounds. She has completed her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Ms. Chacon has worked in variety of clinical settings from outpatient, inpatient, to working with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. Ms. Chacon provided individual and group therapy to individuals presenting with severe mental health issues including Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, Autism Spectrum and Substance Abuse disorders, and etc. She has conducted psychological evaluations, and psycho-educational assessments in different clinical settings.

Ms. Chacon has also worked with Broward County Y.E.S Team (Youth Emergency Services) treating at risk population providing crisis interventions and community resources. In addition, she has worked as a mental health counselor with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice working hand in hand with public defenders, police officers, youth programs, and providing treatment while at the Broward Juvenile Detention Center. Ms. Chacon has extensive experience working with at risk adolescents and adults. Furthermore, she has also specialized training with treating psychological disorders with ADHD, Autism Spectrum, and Learning Disorders.
