Have you noticed changes in your behavior? If you have been experiencing inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity for the past six months, then you may have ADHD. Here are some warning signs that could indicate the status of your condition:

  • Having difficulty engaging in leisure activities quietly.
  • Excessive talking
  • Appearing to be “on the go” all the time
  • Blurting out the answer to questions before the questions are completed.
  • Having difficulty awaiting your turn.
  • Interrupting or intruding on others’ conversations
  • Finding it difficult to sustain attention on activities and tasks
  • Unable to listen when spoken to directly.
  • Having difficulties organizing activities at work.
  • Unable to follow through on instructions to finish duties in the workplace or at home, not due to a lack of understanding.
  • Avoiding or disliking tasks that require substantial mental effort
  • Often losing things for important duties or activities, such as books, pens or pencils, or important documents
  • Being forgetful during daily activities.
  • Fidgeting with hands or feet.

If you believe you have been experiencing these symptoms, you should consult with your doctor.
