Kadeeja Whyte is the Human Resources Manager for Segal Trials. She joined Segal Trials with six years of experience in HR| Operations, and has expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and employee development. Prior to working for Segal Trials, Kadeeja was involved in various HR management trainings and showcases, refining her skill set in innovative HR systems and trends. She is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking and a well-developed staff.
As the Human Resources Manager for Segal Trials, she works closely with the vice president and is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, as well as compensation and benefits. Kadeeja holds a Bachelors of Health Administration degree.
