- Human Resource Generalist
Michele Desroches, is the Human Resource Generalist for Segal Trials. She joined Segal Trials with five years of HR experience specializing in recruiting, training and compliance. Prior to working for Segal Trials, she spent a majority of her time focusing on Human Resources and Project management, while also lending her expertise in Provider enrollment for individuals, as well as facilities.
As the Human Resources Generalist for Segal Trials, she works closely with the Vice President and is responsible for onboarding, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Michele holds a Masters of Healthcare Administration degree.
