Since our 2003 inception, Segal Trials has made significant strides in addiction research. With over 76 successful Phase I-IV inpatient and outpatient studies, we have contributed to advancing knowledge and treatment options for addiction. Our expertise extends to various substances, including alcohol, opioids, cocaine, tobacco, and cannabis. Backed by our board-certified psychiatrists, who actively contribute to protocol writing, we maintain a strong presence in advocacy groups and collaborate closely with local addiction centers.

This study evaluates the safety, effectiveness, and tolerability of two different dosages of the opioid use disorder (OUD) medication, SUBLOCADE® (extended-release buprenorphine). SUBLOCADE is currently approved to suppress withdrawal signs and symptoms in patients who have opioid use disorder.
